Fourteen days, no questions, on unframed and unused items.
Unframed prints, books, postcards and unused gifts may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Write to us first so we can arrange the collection in Cairo or send you a label abroad.
Framed prints, custom sizes and baryta prints are made for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photograph within 48 hours and we will replace it at our cost.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the item.
